hey guys! I know someone who is selling a pair of triple rate works shocks off of his 250r with +2 A-arms. I have a stock A-armed 2000 400ex. Does anyone know if they will work?

they will work, a 250r rear shock won't though.

another question. The guy that is selling them has them setup for a 170lb person and I only weigh about 145lbs. Is the weight far enough away that I would have to get it revalved? And if I do how much is that going to be
Thanks

Yeah they will fit. You will probably need to get them revalved but try them out first. I have 250r shocks on my 400. They were valved for a 145lb rider with plus 2's and I'm 165 with stock a-arms and they are set up perfect for me.

with getting a set of +2's will I get any more articulation even if I just have the stock A-arms?
