I recently bought a used and abused 450 Foreman with 26'' tall vampire tires on it and this thing doesent have enough power to pull itself up a steep hill! It will only go 25mph too. I thought it was supposed to be faster than this? Or is something wrong. It has 95psi compression.

You can let it sit for about 5min running then it will just start smoking really bad for no reason. Rev the throttle for a while and it will clear up. While riding it, it just smokes a little.

If you are in a spot where you have to lock it in 4wd to get up a hill with good traction, it will NOT make it! You have to hit it with some speed to make it.

What's wrong with this bike?

You need a new top end my friend. I'm not sure on the spec, but 95psi compression seems low. I'm thinking it should be at least 120psi. The low compression explains why the thing can't pull itself down a hill. It if smokes on start up its valve guides. If it smokes when it’s running its oil blowing past the rings.
