07 Trx450r frame and subframe

2007 trx450r Frame and subframe. want LSR Gusset kit installed and both PC'd fire red and clear over that(if u think its needed). need total price on that.
Also i cant get the steering stem bearing out. so i put the snap ring and dustboot back in That Ok? I talked too ya on the phone a while back. I live in hedgesville and i want to know when is a good time to drop them off.

Yes and no..I mean its work but the riding was fun, people were great etc:p The weather sucked saturday evening and sunday, lots of rain and then heavy overcast so as a photographer I wasnt happy:p

I still havent sen the kit but it should be here soon. I ordered it along with another item that i know had to be built so I am sure thats the hold up. LOL>>>hell even if it had come in this flu would have kept me from doing it this week:p This stuff..eh sucks

nah. my wife is expecting. shes due in like 3 weeks and the doc recommended that i get the vaccine, and the vaccination made me feel sick :( im hoping to get this thing back together before then. ill have no time too once the kiddo is born and i dont want it to end up being that unfinished project in the corner of the garage

hey paps. i was wondering if you the spacers for the motor mounts? if so i wanna get my mounts done in the fire red (same color as frame) and the spacers in stealth black. or just do them in the gloss black that ur doing my sub frame in, if it is gonna cost more to do the stealth. I wanna drop them off tomorrow. what time is cool for you?

The smaller the part, the easier it is for me to do a solid color (black white etc)

Ill do the spacers for free with the sub, just bring them by, anytime after 12 is fine

Got ahold of LSR this evening, and they said teh gusset kit is the hold up, not the other way around. They expect them to be done tomorrow and they wil start shipping out orders as the kits are completed

Im sorry. I just totally forgot to tell ya. He was born on Nov 22nd! Last tuesday. He was 3 weeks early. But everything is great. Weighed in at 6lbs 8ozs and 18.25in long.
Lol and about time on the kit. Not your fault. I just cant wait to see your work up close. I seen a blue transluscent online you did and it was amazing. Cant wait to see mine finished!

I will weld the kit in tomorrow then CJ will reblast the areas that need it and then I can coat it up. If all goes well I should have it done this weekend before I leave for Bear camp. I know youre in no hurry but thats the plan:p

Quick question...do you or will you at some point run a steering stabilizer? (precision etc) If so I have to leave out two gussets so there is room to mount it.
