I don't know how much time is on it. I just bought the bike and it was on it, but I use a different brand. It's not loud at all, so I can only assume the packing is in decent shape. I'd only ask $10 to ship it to your location, and it should only take 2-3 dyas max for it to arrive. Let me know.
