i believe the bolts will come out with a few hits from a hammer...you can buy the bolts alot cheaper then a hub

i dont know if they are even removable...if they are, chances are your local machine shop would have the correct bolt thread pitch pattern and press the old one out and new one in pretty cheap...that is, if they are removable
or, you could probably do it yourself if you determine the thread pattern, then just heat the aluminum hub and swap the bolts

Try to knock one out. Use a vice and be careful not to bend the hub. Don’t put any heat on it. Take the stud to the auto parts place and see if they have one that will fit the spline portion of the bolt. It won’t mater what the thread is you can get the nuts when you get the bolt. It may not be the same as the other side but that wont mater.
If the auto place doesn’t have it try a trailer supply shop.

They do come out you just need to persuade it.

Hope that helps.

they come out it just takes forever. when i broke a few studs all i did was find a couple crappy hubs on ebay and bought them then took the studs out of those ones to keep as spares after i replaced all the broken ones on the good hub.

250r and 450r lugs are the same as a 400ex go on a microfishe and look it up they have them as a seperate part, Thats what I did cuz I had two lugs and nuts missing when I bought my quad. When you have them tap them in so they are straight then put the nut on and turn them in and bam your done, to get the old ones out hit them with a hammer or push them out with a press.

You should be able to get a 'die' and go over the threads.
You can get a die from any hardware store... just make sure it is the correct thead size & pitch.

Take nothing apart and have it fixed in 5 minutes
