it was ordered for a stock carb and i dont have an A/s here to try so i dont know

I hate to tell you, those are 85 atc pegs. 86 atc pegs are much stronger. 86/87 trx pegs are even stronger and have 3 holes for the right side. 2 for mounting to the frame, the other for spacing of the brake lever. The left side 86/87 trx pegs have 2 holes for mounting. They also have sorta like gussets so the peg plate doesn't bend. 85 and 86 atc plates didn't have gussets and tended to the bend, I bent 3 sets of the 85 and 86 atc pegs. This is a 86/87 trx right peg

here my other stem it does not appear to be bent the green one is slightly bent but was being used when removed

this one has fat bar mount that can be included or not
