250X compression ratio???

Does anyone know the stock compression ratio on a 250X ? I have a 12.0:1 but that's too much and that is the only one Wiseco makes. Another thing what is the limit before they start detonating on pump gas ? Thanks,Jim

stock is 9.4:1. 11:1 is usually the absolute maximum ever recommended with pump gas. You may get pinging with inconsistant batches of gas. 10.5:1 is usually considered safe.

Thanks quadfamily, I kind of figured you would have the answer on the ratio for me. These engines are a little more forgiving than what we can run cars on pump gas around here. BTW, the pics of the plastic you did are pretty slick. Jim
