Ok, i need help with the Puter

I just got this computer, and i have AOL that connects, and i can get stuff through aol, but it says that im disconnected from aol in networking, and that means i cant use internet explorer or kazaa. does anyone know how to fix this? thanks/Alex

Well in IE, goto file, click work offline. It might have a check by it, if so it needs unchecked. If there isnt one, just put it on, and take it off, refresh page.

nope its not checked, but i dont think that has anything to do with it, theres a problem in networking i think.

Well if I was there I could fix it, but I dont know what your doing, or having problems with for sure.

But where is that message popin up at.

its not popping up, but when i go to my network places, it says under dial-up, AOL, and beside that it says disconnected. so i cant use search on kazaa, and internet explorer says the page cannot be displayed, later/Alex
