Well Boys and Girls, I have upgraded to a 450 from my 400.
I also sold my 03 motor to another guy within Ontario.
I'll be adding some more pics later this week.

Here's some specs:

Lukes racing 453 bbk
JE 13: 1 piston
540 intake web cam
Edelbrock carb
DID Cam chain
Ferrea valves
Drz springs

Here's how she sits.

did you use RHC ferrea valves ? if not dont expect them to last to long , ferrea is a great valve but the intakes have to have a spechel treatment to them or they just dont last, the exhaust will be fine.

what intake boot you using ,the stock one robs you of power, maybe 3 hp.

Pretty sure they are just the competition series from Ferrea.
I'm probably going to pick up and ESR intake. Currently running a K&N.

if its not together yet, make sure you do a piston to valve mock up. i have the same set up but with 1mm bigger valves and had to machine the valve reliefs to proper clearence's. also think about going up 1 on the front sprocket. if i can be of any help let me know.

More details will be up later, Not sure how I want to run the fuel yet, anyone have input ? I can just run prime 24/7 or I can run the vacuum.

Direct Quote from Edelbrock,

"The vacuum line can be left off if the engine is run while the petcock is in the "PRI" position. This may want too be considered by racers who do not depend on a reserve. If you choose to do this, the black vinyl cap must be left on the carburetor vacuum fitting and the spare cap can be placed over the vacuum port of the petcock."
