chat room??

I was thinking maybe a chat room where everyone can chat?? instead of having to pm all the time to talk...just a suggestion...or like a scarred section everyone can post bad things that happened and ppl can learn from that.. post pics of like wrecks,stitches,xrays.. just another suggestion...

it has been suggested many times and i believe even tried...there are many reasons why it won't happen. one of those reasons is financial
