Never really know much about em, but theres one on local craigslist with brand new dome and seems to be in great shape. Will i notice any performance gains or whatnot? Also, is just bolt on basicly with stock gasket?

They are supposed to cool better, and offer interchangeable domes for changing compression. I use one and have no issues with it.

They use either the stock head gasket, or are cut for o-rings.

Tom at Pro Designs made/makes them, and is a good guy...

If you're just going to bolt on a head without machining it, you might want to check out this article here. A pro-design head (and cylinder deck) needs to be machined to get the most out of it. This is a cheaper option to think about:

I actually have one that has been milled... yea, I saw you picked up the cylinder too! I'd like to see molds of the transfer ports on that cylinder though the ex looks like it could benefit from some porting. Keep us updated on any findings for sure.
