Hello All!
A newbie here and wanted to post a quick hello and thank you all for the great information so far.
I will be needing some advice for sure being this is my first 4 stroker quad. And that I have not been around atv's since my '89 250R race days.
Bought this 400 by luck and chance on eBay. It is in dire need of a complete cleaning and some paint/repair/etc... So I will try to keep my questions to a minimum and use the search as much as possible so I don't have to beat a dead horse.
I put all the information from the seller in the sig area so I may have some of you help me decide good/bad of what I bought. Should/should not replace. Also, if anyone knows the original racer of the quad or the engine builders, please let me know how to reach them. Seller was not to sure about anything technical or specific pertaining to this unit.
Excited to dig in and freshen it up. Motor runs pretty strong. It's not my old 250R but revs almost as fast! Crazy! Will try to post a pic for reference.
