what is the best way to get a 400ex to have duel exhaust. what brand of pipe, routing directions, ect...

buy LTE duals. if you really want to make it custom, i have a feeling it can be done. it just wouldn't be easy.

Do a search for HMF duals. Pipeless16 I think is his screen name did an pretty extensive and thorough write up on making his own HMF duals. Looks alot better than the one company that makes there own. I guess with his write up you could do that to just about any company you want.

in all honesty, unless you have full access to a shop with welders and countless hours, it would be worth it to just buy the LTE's.

make/buy an aluminum airbox. heres the one i made.

edit: this is the steel one i made and had powdercoated. the aluminum one has the same dimensions for the most part.
