Cutting out Mid Rpm

Would this be a simple jet issue?

it runs fine low/high rpm

it just wants to bog/cut out mid rpm

yeah its a jetting issue id try to lower your needle (raise the clip) one notch and see if that helps, it sounds a bit rich and that will lean it out some in the mid range.
