Have new toys and something needs to go. I have owned this for 2 years now and have gone through it from front to back and top to bottom.
PRM Out and back rack
DG Fat series nerfs
DG Fat series V-Pro front bumper
Trail Tech billet halogen head lights with 55 watt bulbs
Acerbis hand guards with "bark buster" brackets
Lonestar billet twin row rear carrier
new stock Honda axle
2004 stock Honda rear shock
Lonestar anti fade brake hub
2004 Honda 400EX lower a arms with 250R uppers
2004 Honda 400EX front shocks
KOQ Racing shock relocation bracket
Maier race cut front fenders and Maier bolt on fender extensions
Engine
Weisco +.080 over 11 to 1 compression piston kit (runs on 93 octane)
mx ported and polished head with valve job with new guides.
Stage 1 HotCam
JUST 4 TANKS OF FUEL (so far) SINCE REBUILD.
FMF Q2 header and muffler
2 high flow air cleaners (a spare) and air box filters for high flow.
Carb professionally jetted for intake and exhaust mods.
Engine assembly done at Lowville Sport and Farm (Honda dealer)
This 300EX runs VERY well.
Total investment in this bike is about $2000 plus the original price of purchase. Tires are even new and I am probably forgetting things. Like the Armadillo skid plate.

$1800 O.B.O. Will consider trade for old Suzuki 1100cc or 1150cc street bikes.
