hi i am trying to restore my 88 250r, tore it down to bare frame yesterday and started a list, it may take all winter to finish because i dont have a ton of cash to drop on it but it will get done a little at a time, heres a list of some items i need, also if you know where i can get some of these items for a good price let me know thanks..

FAT BOY silencer
complete gasket kit (factory)
grab bar
adjustable rear strut for lowering r
1 1/8 bars i'd like black with high cr bend
seat foam and mabe cover mines not to bad
clutch perch and lever something nice asv would work :)
clutch and throttle cables
wheels and rear radials
steering stem bearing and bushing
handle bar switches
front plastic rubber strap and rear holder groumets
groumets for holding front of seat down
chain sliders
good rad hoses
swingarm bolt
swingarm bearings
right side footpeg
footpeg pins
13t sprocket

Headlight/Killswitch all switches work missing one of the screws
Swingarm pivot bolt (sorry no nut)
13T JT front sprocket
Grommets for rear part of front plastics
Radiator Hose (Radiator to water pump)---Brand New

i have a new bolt and nut. i also have a 86 seat the pan and foam are fine the seat cover is faded. i don't have a pic of the seat.(on my laptop) i can see if my wife will take one and send it. $100 for all

send me pics on the seat foam, i must hold off on the swing arm bolt because i can get a good discount on honda parts and might just get a 450r 1, i here they work fine and they are like 20.

250r, 400ex, and 450r are all interchangable. ;)

I know they aren't on your list but for what it's worth, I have a stock 88' axle and a stock 88' header pipe (w/chrome heat shield). I'd let them go for cheap.
