ok deal (not a great one)

I dont buy the "low hours"

cases are worn and it looks like the second (at least) set of tires are pretty worn on the front

check the oil and air filter to see if he maintained it well

Look at the head gasket closely, there appears to be some discoloration under it on the cylinder.
