I have a 2005 trx450r. This was my practice bike and has worked flawlessly, only reason i am getting rid of it is because im starting to get out of racing and dont need a practice bike anymore, i want to try out dirtbikes for a little.
suspension is JB balljoint LT a-arms with fox DSC shocks, gibson stabilizer, burgard +1 stem, sunline anti-vibe bars, MSR perch and lever. rear end is a stock 06 swingarm with LSR DC6 link and fox DSC shock. Team ind. axle, hiper 3-2 fronts with holeshot tires, 8" beadlock rear, i have either a set of kenda SXR or Razr mx to go on. Frame is a replacement frame i got on ebay but is in perfect condition, i gusseted it in all the necessary areas and painted it a stock grey color.
Motor is fresh. new JE pro series 12.5:1 piston around 10 hours ago, checked and adjusted valves, cleaned up ports on head also. The bottom end has around 25 hours on it, i put a new crank with update bearings, all new bottom end bearings and seals in december 08. Also did new valves, springs and seals along with a valve job at this time as well. clutch is in good shape no slipping. Has FCR carb with adapter for 05 airbox, i will include 3 air filters and do a oil change for the buyer.
I will try to get pics as soon as i can get a camera, the bike is red but the plastics are worn and cracked in places, the nerf bars are blingstar creech series with monster pegs but the nets are torn up and the pegs are getting dull. This bike is all setup and works 100% fine, everything that is bad is all cosmetic, put a new set of nerfs and plastics on this and it will be very nice.
Im looking to get $4500 OBO or trade for a 2004+ CRF, KXF, RMZ 250 and money. let me know if you have any questions, here is a pic from the beginning of the year with the old a-arms, the new a-arms are JB and they are candy purple.
