I'm debating on my new rear axle. I've decided on a Durablue X33, but I'm not sure if I should stick with stock width or +2+2. I have +1's on the front, and like the feel, but I have nothing to compare to, so I don't know if I'd like have a wider rear end again. I ride almost exlusively trails, with a few GNCC style tracks.

Thoughts?

My thoughts! You picked the worst axle on the market! Go LSR or RPM

Dura-No warranty ?

Go with the LSR 2+2. You won't be sorry.

I have an LSR and love it, if necessary you can adjust it narrower by switching the spacers in front of the hub for less width. If you would happen to buy the durabreak get the billet hubs instead of the cast cuz I've heard a few stories with them breaking.

Damn....thought I had it figured out. I had only heard good things about the Durablues until now. Can the LSR remain stock as well as go +2? Or is it one or the other?

The LSR is either +2 or +4 adjustable. I believe the RPM is the same also. You could also save some bucks and get a g-force.

I have never heard any good things about durablue as a matter of a fact I have never seen them even called by there name its usually durabend or durabreak. If you heard things from people you ride with and you do similar riding I guess then hopefully you will have good luck too but with them all being pretty close in price I would go for one of the others. I have had LSR on a 400, 450 and have one on a 250r now. Never had any issues at all and I run mx and trails and with having an mx machine on state trails the occasional tree will jump out in front of you!

RPM Dominator II is pretty much the last axle you'll be buying for your quad. If you manage to bend one, you'll have bigger issues to deal with than a bent axle... ;)

i am a RPM guy but its all what you like the LSR and RPM are both great and both adjust the same way... i have never ran a LSR but i have ran durablue and RPM and i like the RPM better...
