Hey all,
I've got the wheels off the 86-R and I have what looks to be 4" spacers with complete through bolts/studs to mount the wheel.
I'm canning the spacers as I don't want a bent axle. Question is....where do I get or what size nuts for the stock application?

A couple of days ago I had the carb apart and adjusted the floats as to not overflow. The bike ran good at first...
Warmed her up and then went for a quick spin. She tore through first, second and into third started to bog and then died right then and there. Since then I can't get her to start. the plug is wet and black. I put a new plug in and nothing. Also when she bogged out and died the front brakes had basically locked up. smoke coming from them.
Sucked to say the least. I got the calipers off and pistons appear to be trash and some trash inside the calipers. I'll be rebuilding those.
Any idea why she would die and not fire back up?
Also, any place other than OEM to rebuild the calipers?
Maybe this should have been 2 or 3 different threads. But I'll be sure and track progress and post results.
