TRX 400 on a 300 frame

Does anyone know if a TRX 400 engine (2002) will mount on a TRX 300 (1996) Frame?

Of course it will, if you have a welder, time , patience and some mechanical know how. You can fit anything into anything if you really want to.

just want to know why? im sure you can find a 400ex roller cheaper then what you can fab the motor to fit in a 300ex, plus u gotta figure the 400ex in the 300ex is going to be alot more torque and power so you will prob have to extend the swing arm too just to be able to keep the frontned on the ground
