400ex carb ticking?

it is a fcr race carb off a yfz450

it ticks really loud when you give it throttle

i think it could be caused from the lifters?

but im not good with carbs

lifters in the carb? are you sure its not your cam chain?

Ive had something similar before. In my case it was the valves were bent so the compression was forcing air back through the intake and it made the carb "tick" pretty bad when starting up. Might not be the same but just a possibility.
