has anyone here put newer tranny guts in an older case ? Theres a guy selling tranny parts with reverse & says the only difference is clutch side cover must change to accept these parts & youll have no reverse light ( no biggie ) but i also remember seeing a cable to engage reverse going in on the right side ? I know its easier to buy a complete newer bottom end but can the other swap be done & how much hassle is it ?
