its a 2000 and all stock

think i can get it running and pimp it out for under $1000 i already have a 450r carb to put on it

Define "blown up". If it's the bottom end, it's much more expensive. If it's just a piston, it'd be worth it.

he said its locked up im guessing it just needs piston and rings which i can find on ebay for less than 200

usually when these engines lock up its the bottom end. could be the topend though

Remember, even if you fix it for cheap, you are still going to be selling a 9 year old atv.

When I hear frozen I would think that he seized the piston and if you can get away with piston, rings maybe a bore on the jug then youre good......however more than likely it would have hurt the crank too. If the rest of the bike is in decent shape you may make more parting it out than trying to fix and sell it running. It might make a good bike to run though

buy it and part out everything! I bet you can make more than $450 even with a blown motor.
