Cleaning carb on Z400

Whats the best way to give the carb on a Z400 a good cleaning? Also, Whats the best jet to run on this bike? It still has stock exhaust. Its a 2005 Z400. Thanks

i just tear in apart and spray everything down with carb cleaner, and i do it on a regular basis and it seems to work fine, its prolly the cheapest way but if you have a parts cleaner tank with solovent, that would work to. i cant remember what the stock jet size is anymore cause mine is bored but just look at it n it should have a number on it

Yeah just take it out and use carb cleaner it takes just a few minutes to do.
