I was just wondering, will a set of V-force reeds off a CR250 work on our "R"'s???

yes it will, you will need a good sharp knife, or preferably a dremel, to port match it to the inside of the 250R boot. its very easy to do.

i thought some people used the cr 250 reeds for better low end or something? becuase the opening was smaller it made less turbulance or something?

His best use of the cage is to use a CR boot with it (and port match that too).

I just recently bought a brand new set of trx250r Boyesen Pro-Series reeds from Hellbound Racing on Ebay, after I got them I found out there is major differences bw these and the ones that go on the Boyesen rad valve. But as far as CR, the box sets CR250 78-87 and also RM250 being compatible with trx250r. PN# PRO-44 reeds.

So morale of the story is I have a brand new set of trx 250r Boyesen carbon fiber reeds, Hellbound aparantly doesn't have a set of the ones I need to trade so does anyone need these? This was a waste of 50 bucks... :grr:
