Rebuilt the top end, but now I'm unable to reinstall the timing gear and chain. The chain is too tight. I tried to remove the tension device but no help. Is there a trick to this? Also, how do I determine the timing is correct when I install. If somebody could please help, I'm sure it's something simple I'm missing, but I'm extremely frustrated as I was trying to help a friend that just purchased, now I'm just trying to get it back together!
