Cheapest place to buy a new stock frame

I've heard people say they can get new stock frames for $400, everywhere I've looked is in excess of $600. ANyone have any ideas on where the cheapest place to buy a new stock frame is?

servicehonda has a 400ex frame for $440. i was just looking at stuff on thier site and noticed it, they have a lot of good prices on 400ex stuff.

I have sold alot of the stock frames they take alittle paper work to get but thats no problem.

Theres a guy in the For Sale section that has a brand new 400ex frame for 400$ Canadian . Thats like 275$ US . Add shipping and ull get that frame for 350$ .
