I have a 2003 400ex with a tunable t-4 slip on and a K&N intake a friend of mine said I need to jet my carb. Any advice?

Also I am at 797ft

i had a 138 main needle at 3rd clip from top a d 40 pilot and 3 turns out on aor fuel screw

138 dynojet is equal to a 150 kelinjet

stay away from dynojet...
go to www.jetsrus.com and read their FAQ on jets and jetting to the left

run a 150 keihin, 3rd position on the clip, 38 pilot, and 3 turns out on the f/a screw it will get you really close to where you should be at. what elevation are you at. i am 1500 here and ran that with a k&n. if you do get a dj, then a 138, with the dj needle on 3rd pos. and 3 turns out on the f/a should do it. if it pops a bit then turn it out a 1/4 turn and you should be good to go. steve
