There is no aftermarket clutch parts. We modify it all.

So what motor work do you have done?

You need to cut the rear shoes, then drill. You'll need to go to 155-160 grams.
I don't understand why Rich would send a motor out with no clutch mods.
Your gearing sholud be 12 or 13/26 (428 pitch)
or 10 or 11/22 (520 pitch)

I think your torque spring is holding you back.
You need to see if the clutchs are going full travel. Put a line on the variator and run the machine and see if the belt is going to the top of the variator.

LT80, so your saying 155-160 grams? Is that beacuse of the pipe allowing more RPM? I have a pipe and head and I'm at 180 grams. SHould I go lighter? I'm assuming that is stil with 2 rollers out.

"so your saying 155-160 grams? Is that beacuse of the pipe allowing more RPM?"
No. It's because he has a full on race motor.
