I am thinking of parting out our 2004 450R. I am need of money and can't get anything out of it around here. I don't want to try to sale it and ship it on Ebay. I have an hour meter on it and it has only 362 hrs. I got cancer in 05 and couldn't ride for a year. Now me and my wife are looking at getting some utility wheelers. Now for my questions how much can I get for a complete motor? I would like to keep the frame and wiring in case I get the fever to build another one and sale everything else. So can anyone tell me how much a low hrs complete motor would sale for. Thanks for any help.

362 hours.:p Not what I would call low hours. Maybe you meant 36.2?

Anyway, are you the original owner? Have you done anything to the crank? Also, you can get a pretty good baseline for your prices from what things are selling for on here and ebay. But forewarning, I have been sitting on a 04 motor for about a year now. I'm not giving it away.

Sorry my wife was helping me out by posting last night. It is 36.2 hrs. I am the orginal owner, the crank hasn't had anything done to it. There is one on Ebay with 5 days left on it and is up to 480.00. I am like you, don't want to give it away. This thing has never seen a track we used it to fish off of while I was having my treatments.
