How to remove throttle cable off carb

Ive posted this in the Quadracer section with no luck, just looking for a quick answer.

I'm trying to move my needle clip up a position or 2, but I cannot figure out for the life of me how to remove the throttle cable from the carburetor. Ive been messing with it and cant figure it out. Any help would be appreciated!

you have to take the side cover off, and then it should turn sideways, u pull it a little and then it should line up with the cable itself and it will slide right out, its hard to explain online lol

I have the slide cover off, and i can see the cable down the tube, but cant figure out how to get it out?

Forgot to add...this is for a mikuni carb

It would take me about 30 seconds, if I was there. I'm not sure what you are having problems with.

Unscrew the slide, depress the spring, and line your cable up with the bigger hole and it will come right out.
