in the new issuse of dirtwheels jan 02 they have a red raptor on the 8th page and it says they have made a new plastic thats cherry red and shiny and it will be available later this winter. (guy heres ur chance to get that 400 u wanted b4 and fit into the exriders group for riding red haha ;) ) it also says the folks tell us that there will be many more colors and also will be made for many other models. in the picture its really shiny looks like full bore actually. i may get a set if its really that nice. figured i would get the word out since i see the platic on here so much about how its dull.

It figures. It freakin figures. I just bought my Maier Zest Orange plastic. If id known they would be makin shiny i would waited. DANGIT!!!!!!:mad:

I BELEIVE THEY ONLY MAKE THAT PLASTIC FOR THE RAPTOR AND ONLY IN ONE COLOR,,,,I COULD BE WRONG

Yeah, shiny would be tricker though. I love the way it looks now though. noone else around here has it.

I saw some on ebay a week or two ago. I was gonna ask u guys if it was real or someone screwin around but never got around to it. So what does anyone know about this? Not coming out for a couple months? If anyone has a picture or can scan one... I'm sure we would all like to see it!

Yeah don't blow any head gaskets guys,,,that shiny plastic was a design for the raptor red only,,,maier didn't like over night make ALL there plastic shiny.

not in dirtwheels....looks like im gonna have to hold out on white plastic,,,,,,,,i hope they dont decide its worth an extra 150 though
