old plastic on newer 400

can the 1999-2004 front plastics and headlight easily be installed on a 2005 and up 400ex?

i put 02 front fenders and headlights right on my 2005 all you have to use is your headlight connector off your 2005, cause 99-04 have a different pig tail on the wires

Fender brackets and such are the same??

the only bracket you wont need is the headlight mounting bracket, everything else is ok

in a nutshell yes, there's a couple brackets tht hold the light on tho. man this question gets asked once a week.....

I tried searching this and did not find what I was after. sorry. thats why i asked and what forums like this are for. Anyways so will the older style lights need a bracket up top? been about 6 years since I had the older 400ex

they mount in the plastics, no brackets needed
