Motor/foot rest contact

Once in a while I get a bad vibration noise, whenI looked it apears its from the motor/swing arm hitting the foot rest? Is this from bad swing arm bushings and stops or should I look deeper?

if the rear swing/motor mount is moving left to right I assume it needs new bushings?
