Looking 4 a 86-87 trx 250r frame. Preferably a 1987 model. In good shape cuz mine is shot from prevous owner. Thanks.

Thanks for the offer but I'm lookin for a deal. Just picked up a 88 frame for 275 but still want a 86-87 preferably a 87.

You will probably have a hard time finding a GOOD/STRAIGHT frame especially with decent powder for less than 350-400 + shipping. Believe me, I have learned the hard way on the DEALS.

Just bought a 1988 frame with very good powdercoat for $275. Only had to drive an 2 hrs. round trip to get. Straight and never mx'd at all. Still lookin for a 1987 frame though. Not in a big hurry trying to redo my 88 first.

You definitely got a good deal on that one! I mainly just meant that there aren't many of these frames out there that cheap and in great shape. You, me, all of us need to be careful when we go for the cheap deal on any parts, just because we can't always see it in person before we buy it. You were fortunate enough to see yours and pick it up in person= no shipping! I too have been eyeballing some frames and am getting ready to start getting money together to do a full 250r build this winter:D .

Thanks man. I did a frame up build back in 03 and it was alot of fun. Wish I could do another one soon.
