do they make a set of 18s that you can run on the rear stock rims off a 2004 400ex?

yep. ITP's holeshot mx and mxr. Also Kenda klaw mxr. There are others but those are teh two I use.

I have a set of razr mx in 18's on my stock 2008 rims.
