X-factor audio is about done building my ported box, for my 8 inch DD (digital designs) sub. The magnet weight is 7.5 pounds, watts 500rms/1800 peak.

Very nice.Those DDs are badass. I was wanting to do 4 8"s for a while.. Then I went with 2 Audioque HDC3 10"s
Still waiting on them to get here. Got everything else.

Well I got it in today. Trying to break it in and take it easy but man this thing BEATS DOWN!!! I was surprised at the power this 8 put out. And Brad77 heard it after I got it. I am definately satisfied with my purchase!:D
those are some crazy 8's! I might replace my Kicker CVR 12's with them for more room than a huge box in my trunk

I had 2 of those mine had the CF dust cap tho.... Talk about sexy lil subs!

Yeah I heard it and I am impressed. That 8 hits hard and in that ported enclosure moves some air !

Putting in my 200 amp alternator right now with the 1/0 gauge. :D
If you dont mind me asking how much do the DD 8s go for?
EDIT: Just got an email saying my subs shipped.

They're not known for their SQ, but damn DD's can loud!

we just finished the install in my buddies extended cab ranger..... 4 12" kicker L5s each with its own 1200w monoblock:devil: :macho alpine type r speakers, don't remember what the amp was runing those we didn't change it though so just some halfway respectable 4 channel, 2 alternators and cap also lol.
