i never saw one like this befor what do you guys think? i think it would cool quite well, the air shrouds would funnel it right in and id have twice the cooling power.

i think this guy is on to something, if he made the same thing with smaller holes and like 15 of them in there it would be the sweetest thing, it could hold the same amount of oil as stock and have 10 times the cooling power.

i just emailed the guy to ask him about making this design and what he would charge. ill post up if he responds. any of you all think you could do it?

I think its very nice! I havent really rode and never grabbed a temp reading before I started using this so I cannot provide any numbers on how well it cools but I needed a new oil tank and it was a good price and I received it like 9 days after i ordered. If you look you will see that he makes them when ordered. He doesnt have them laying around. It does hold about almost a full quart more of oil than stock so im sure that helps. If definitly doesnt hurt. Pappy PC'd it for me thats why its black now.

The thing about like 10 or more holes is how you would stick the dipstick in. Even now with as many are in it when I get to the last 1/2 turn or so i feel the dipstick hitting them and it like twists the dipstick when taking in and out. Nothing major I dont think even after time it would snap it or anything but it does give a slight twist to the dipstick.

maybe with smaller ones it wont be as close as the big ones are. i like the idea, but it needs some help. i suggested making a mount on it for a fan to mount, that may be a waste but it couldnt hurt on the fully modded 460 strokers on race gas, and desert racers and such.

they wouldnt have to go in all straight ether you could make them go at angles if needed, well see what the guy says.
