WTB Front Nerf Bar Mount

I bought a nice set of new old stock Graydon Proline pro-peg style nerfs for my 1989 frame. Got a good deal on them and they came with the rear peg mount adapters, but I need the front cross bar mount.

They are 1-3/8" o.d., and measure 1.160-1.180 on the i.d. (probably clearance for 1-1/8" o.d. tubing. If anybody has something that would work for me; let me know. Basically, all it is is a piece of tubing with a plate welded onto it that has slots milled in the plate for the U-bolts. I have my old set of chromed steel Graydons, but they are of a smaller diameter.

I emailed Graydon a week ago, but no reply.

I could have a piece made easy enough, but thought I'd cast a net out here...

Yea, I was looking at the AC Blackline pro-pegs, but just had a hard time digesting the price tag. When I saw these come by for $90, I was all over 'em even if all they needed was the front mount.

They measure right about 7/8" OD.
