How to build a Motocross track?

me and my friends wanted to know if any of you guys know where to get plans for a motocross track like what to use for the jumps and stuff. thanks

or you could just let your rich neighbors do it for you, wait til they move away and their old house burns down, and then just use the track. worked for me anyway:blah :p
