Air box lid off.

Uni Filter

Baffle out and Hrc end cap.

1000 ft elevation.

I need help with the jetting. I know it should be around 160-170 for full exhaust. So maybe around 140?

iam running 138 main and a drilled out pilot jet .020 at sea level Florida Closed air box hrc kit hmf pipe on a 06 450er with open air box you should bigger then 140 go big and then come down good luck

Use HRC jetting specs.

with just a hrc kit it will be around 162. with a aftermarket exhaust 170 and up.

I have an HRC kit on my 06 and I have run at zero to over 11,000 above sea level with no problems. I had to change my spark plug the week I was in west. I was losing power in the sand...

Same here, I've kept the hrc jetting in it from dam near sea level to where I ride 90% of the time at 4000' or higher, on up to 10k. No problems at all.

I had a Rossier Pipe, Uni filter, Hrc needle and Open air box and ran a 48 Pilot and 160 main. Spot on. So I know Full exhaust shouldnt be 170 or up.

And Im asking about with the baffle out of the stock exhaust, Uni filter, and open air. What should I run for this set up.

Just what we said.
Changes to the intake such as taking the air box lid of has a much more drastic affect on the jetting then something like going from a stock exhaust to an aftermarket one.

Once you've rejetted for taking the air box lid off, any exhaust changes u make will only need minimal jetting changes, if any.
By changing the exhaust u will probably have to mess with the pilot and A/F screw more then u will the main.

Yup, it should do you good.
You MIGHT be able to leave the stock pilot in.

Ok. I have the main jet sitting in my garage so I'll prob through that in and adjust the fuel screw.
