Here are my plans

426 Kit
Stage 1 Cam
450r Carb
Spal Fan install

Before the kit and the cam, I would install exhaust and k&n. The 450 carb would not be on my list of parts. If you are on a budget, I would skip it.

Yes i already have a pipe on it

and if its gunna get bored/cam'd

it will need a bigger carb

You're going for low end torque? If you are looking for a more evenly hitting power band I would look at the Stage 2 cam.

I would also look into an intake and porting to maximize the engine's potential. The bigger carb definitely makes a huge difference when the mods start adding up.
