I think they went the can-am route.. If I remember seeing correctly.

I know they have a YFZ450R that is track width, but they also have a YFZ450X, that is XC width..

I guess we'll see soon enough.:p

Well they are out.... What does everyone think?
I am a die hard Honda fan and to tell you the truth, I really like this new Yamaha 450x. Its about time another manufacturer makes a xc quad straight from the factory. I mean i still wanna see some reviews of it before I start thinking too highly of it, but this definitely means Honda needs to start making condition specific machines (xc, mx, base model)

Until I graduate college and have a job to buy a quad straight up (dont ever wanna finance a quad again...i took almost 3 years to pay it off) I will be loyally riding red!

It looks like it something your starting to see more and more manufactures doing. Can-AM, KTM and now Yamaha. Suzuki already has just an MX version. Who's next?

makes me wish i was a year younger, so instead of gettin my standard 09 YFZ in Feb, this Feb i would have gotten an X. owell. the standard is still the baddest 450 ever made.
