I just got my quad back from wayne at PEP and he ended up putting pb1's on it instead of the zps...is there really that much of a difference between the two..if so. what??

Before i had an ishock/hydrodynamics front end with completly stock rear.

i now have houser/PB1 front with 2007 swinger, lsr axle, lsr dc-6 linkage, and does pep make a pb1 rear...if not is it the zps?

is this setup going to feel a whole lot better?

I believe the PB1, is just the piggyback model, they all have the "ZPS".... the 4th little spring up top...

PB rear shock would not work on most rear shock setups, most rears have the remote rezzy.

the pb1 is supposed to be PEP's top of the line shock. I have never rode them but from what i hear they are a lot better than the standard big bottle zps shocks.

I THINK that the PB1s use shim valving instead of a ball and spring or something like that. They are still ZPS (Zero Preload) which is the little gray spring at the top. The rears are not called PB1s just zps

There will be a huge difference! As for the rear its just called a ZPS rear shock but you have some decent options there. Like single or dual rate, standard or big bottle, standard click or 8 click and so on. I have standard ZPS big bottle 8 click compression and rebound adjustable front shocks that were piggybacked by SF Racing and they are great. Combined with my ZPS dual rate rear that has the same features as my front shocks, thats a combo that is hard to beat. You are going to love them.

P.S. I have the LSR DC 6 link and its great

How do I know what I have lol.
Its the rear shock with 8 clicks, rebound adjustment, 2 main springs and the little spring on top. How do I know if its big bottle and triple or double rate?
