Congrats! The end of this month will be 9 years for my wife and I. I heard that men married in September are much better looking than men married in any other months :D

Sweet, It will be my 14th anniversary on the 28th.

Congratulations Ken, Hope you have another "Happy" 18 together. Oct. 2nd will be 28 yrs for me & my wife. Would'nt trade it for anything!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah I think he is as well. His nickname "The Mighty Midget" just doesnt fit him anymore:p Its a big relief for him to not be the shortest guy in his class etc.

Now he is into lifting alot of weights and will start getting real big over the fall and winter. We cant let him do alot of running due to his knee but he has started riding his bike and ofcourse his quads and bikes alot so maybe he will be ready for a good season next year:D

can he get on an elliptical they are usually low impact depending on which machine he has available to him

Come to find out it wasn't my knee as much as my shoes. Running in Vans that have no support = sore knees. I now buy New Balance Zip 8507's and can run on my treadmill and road with no problems.
