Hard steering

have a 06 450r that takes two men to steer, i tore it all apart tonight bearing was good regreased the top bushing and when the tie rods were unhooked it steered easy so i put them back in and it tightened up which is to be expected, but one i put the front wheels back on the ground it was steering really hard again. What might cause this?

do you still have stock a arms? The ball joints may have lost all of their grease which would make it hard to steer

I have houser a-arms that were new in the spring. i am going to look back into it tonight just getting frustrated cant find a fix
