basket case lt 80

I have a 01 lt 80 it has a big bore kit full race port shaved head and ported cases and clutch mods what my problem is it keeps shattering the vrator and crank key why?? Now it wont start it backfires out of the exaust tore the carb apart got it to run for about 5 min and then it croked it has 145 psi cranking cold.Now its DOA

Exactly what front clutch mods? How many rollers?
Skirt broke off the piston? Bad rod bearing?
Was the crankshaft out of this machine before? Stroked?
DOME washer on correctly and nut impacted on?

Backfire:
Loose spark plug cap? Motor not grounding (run a exrta wire from the frame to the motor)?
Was the timing adjusted? Stator come loose and spin?
Connections/plug in loose under the hood?

The more I ponder on it, a bad lower rod brg is suspect to me. That'll mess with your timing and throw a mean vibration onto the crank.

3 rollers in front the crank has new bearings about 10 hr ago
no stroker kit new stator last year.
i will check the rod bearing in the morning and let u know what i find
