i accidently deleted all my mods from my sig, so i cant really help with that, but its got all new tires plastic seat , every chassis bearing is new, along with full fmf exhaust. So that should bring it around $2800 right?:huh

Toby, good luck selling it for $2800. The market on sport quads in really down right now. Like someone already mentioned, piped 400EX's are going for $3000 and it's fairly common to see little more used 400's selling between $2500 and $3000.

And because you have new plastic and a seat on yours it's both a blessing and a curse. It's a blessing because it looks nice but it's a curse because when buyer's come to look they wonder why have these items been replaced. Has it been wrecked, rolled, etc.? If it has, what else could potentially be wrong? If the plastic was just replaced because you wanted new, where's the old plastic? Then especially with numbers on it I've got to wonder if it's been raced and then there's a whole slew of problems that might go along with that. When I shop for a used quad I always look for the most absolute stock quad I can get. Over time that will reap higher resale value.

really if i sell my 300 which im not cuz i want it as a woods quad and use the 400 on the track but i think like people say that the market is down and it is not worth selling because you are going to loose to much monry on it.

I sold my 2000 in 2001 for 3800 in a week. It had nerfs, pipe, filter, bars, bumper, manual. I think that's about it.

I think 2800 is a lil to steep for a 300ex...U can buy a 400ex for 2800 sometimes ,but the average price is around 3200 for a 400ex...Id say ask like 2500 maybe a lil lower

I bought my 2001 300ex when it was year old for $2000, he wanted $2200. He thought he was getting over on me because he thought sometign was wrong witht he motor...it would cut out but when I test drove it it never cut out except for when you rode a wheelie, I went home and put new gas in it(the old gas had soem water in it) and cleaned a little bit of jelly out of the float bowl and fuel filter and it ran perfect after that.
