Lighting Problem

I relocated my light underneath the plastics and got it all wired up but when i reved it up the light got dim?!? It did the same thing when i unpluged it and put it on the stock light plug. i think it may be my solenoid. what do you guys think

check grounds and how much voltage your getting when at idle and revving. check that stuff and then investigate the stator or alternator. the solenoid just deals with starting.
